The adage from the Corps, sezz; Improvise, adapt, overcome is one I have lived with for more than a few ayremiles. From the point what is now labled as , AyreWolf/SAMCRO Radio from its humble beginnings as Hazzard County / Dixie Diesel Trucker Radio, as a pirate not legal station in the Hagerman valley the little project has evolved and grown from a mere drunken idea to a full fledged radio and media force that few dare to step into but yet can’t be ignored. Many radio and other mainstream media fear what we do, simply because they can’t duplicate it, much less copy it. Oh they try, some sniff around wondering , but few dare to make the leap into the studio. Yes I know there is fear here of those f the female gender that do not want to enter the Wolf’s Den , thinking somebody might get a bit touchy feely. But whether the studio is in the Wolf’s Den or an office complex The same things COULD happen inside. It just depends on the who doing the show. When a network such as ours arrives many run and hide. I have been asked why Gooding? Reason, low rent, easy access by and for me since finding outside help other than the AyreWolvez or Knytes, to keep the candle lit, and FCC room to bloom, is the answer to that question. Is Western Idaho or Idaho for that matter ready for us in Prime time? Or at least over the air radio ready for the howls of this Wolf? Yes I think it is The situation of posting the job on such areas such as Craigslist and so on is out there. And surely there are other places that would render the new faces we rather I am looking for. So why all female? The male counterparts are made up of the members of the AyreWolvez and the Knytes. Second the combination of male/female host works. Howard Stern proved the concept in his programs and we well define and refine the idea. Lets face it male gearheads , combat aviation enthusiasts and so on, don’t just want to here me in their ears, a bit of that sweet honey voice is also desired. Added to that filling 3 to 4 hours per day during drive time morning TV as well as on radio, coast to coast, on rural Americas most important network, and so on means finding that right bit of eye candy to be on air is critical. With sponsors and so on pledging $200,000.00 per month and on air talent taking home 10 % of that per month. Means before they get that green, from My jeans means getting off ones can and coming over to learn the skills to be on air. Now in the case of Kara, among others. No I don’t always want to socialize with you. Nor going to the bar etc. Your away off the clock time is yours , you do what and with who you want to. That said, no I don’t want you in my bed. I sleep alone and love to every night. I like my alone time. That said too, if we are to get along on air and on TV etc. Travel to public shows etc. I need to know I can get along with you in all ways. and vice versa. AyreWolf Radio has been and will be to me anyway my offspring in so many ways. I gave it birth, breathed life into it, fed it, nurtured it from a mere nothing, into a force to be feared by all competitors. AyreWolf Radio in many ways is my baby. So those that wont, now . Don’t have a cow, when it goes full grown in a few more months. If you want to get involved now is the time to get off your butt and into the studio.
